The Lead Technician oversees a team of Field Service Technicians and ensures work is completed safely, accurately, and on time. This position combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, including assigning tasks, troubleshooting complex issues, training team members, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Field Service Technicians during service, maintenance, and repair work.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and follows company and customer requirements.
  • Assign daily tasks and help coordinate workloads for team members.
