Your Future Role

Drive revenue growth, expand industrial markets, and strengthen OEM and channel partnerships for Innomotics' Geared Motor business across the Northeast and select national accounts. This role develops and executes strategic growth plans, builds longterm customer relationships, and collaborates crossfunctionally to influence product development and market strategy.

Reports to the North America LV Division Head.

Location: Southeast - Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama

This position is remote, and the ideal candidate should reside within assigned territory and close to a major airport.

Travel expectation is 75%+.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead market development and growth initiatives across all geared motor product lines.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
  • Develop strategies with portfolio and product teams to address emerging market trends.
  • Support new business deals, proposals, and contract integration with operations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer and channel relationships.
  • Partner with sales teams and leadership to evaluate performance and refine strategy.
  • Deliver technical and sales training to internal teams, channel partners, and customers.
  • Enhance customer experience and strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Represent Innomotics at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

Your Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 10+ years in business development or sales (geared motor experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Highly organized, goaldriven, and effective at managing multiple priorities.
  • Selfdirected with the ability to operate in dynamic environments.
  • Skilled in forecasting, planning, and presenting growth strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to travel for customer visits, market development, and industry events.

The pay range for this position is $104,400 - $179,000. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
