Join a dynamic data leadership role focused on building trusted, scalable data solutions for retail media and analytics. This position offers the chance to shape data strategy, strengthen governance, and enable reporting and insights that support business decisions across multiple teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end data management across ingestion, transformation, integration, quality assurance, governance, and analytics enablement.
  • Define and maintain standards for how data is sourced, processed, validated, documented, and used across platforms.
  • Oversee the design and upkeep of data pipelines that move information across cloud and enterprise systems.
  • Partner with technical and business teams to translate data needs into scalable solutions that support reporting and analysis.
  • Monitor data quality, resolve issues, and help establish strong controls for accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Support data modeling and reporting efforts to ensure datasets are usable for dashboards, self-service analytics, and operational insights.
  • Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to align data outputs with business definitions and reporting needs.
  • Help guide data-related workstreams and coordinate priorities across cross-functional teams.
  • Support retail media and marketing analytics initiatives by ensuring data is available for campaign performance and operational reporting.
