The Contract Specialist I is responsible for administering and maintaining customer contract data, pricing, and related documentation within SAP and contract management systems. This entry-level role supports sales operations by researching, analyzing, and auditing customer contract pricing, ensuring contract compliance, and processing contract modifications. The position collaborates closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Customer Support, and external partners to resolve contract-related inquiries and ensure accurate contract execution. The Contract Specialist I applies established procedures and guidelines to manage pricing programs, contract amendments, chargebacks, billing plans, and customer agreements while supporting organizational objectives through accurate contract administration and customer service
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain contract and pricing information within SAP and contract management systems.
  • Analyze and audit customer contract pricing and terms for accuracy and compliance.
  • Process contract amendments, escalations, chargeback additions, credits, and pricing updates.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding contract terms, pricing, billing structures, and GPO affiliations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Support.
  • Support compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to established contract management procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve contract and pricing discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and supporting documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or technical degree required
  • 1+ years of related experience.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with contract administration processes and business systems.

Salary: $24.00-$29.00 per hour
