The Business Development Manager will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.**JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships.* Prepare action plans and sales strategy to identify specific prospects. Maintain budget for the sales strategy.* Identify sales prospects and follow up on new leads and referrals efficiently.* Prepare sales bids to secure new accounts in target markets. Present sales proposals and sales contracts. Prepare any necessary bids for initial clean-ups prior to starting accounts.* Visit prospective clients and community partners throughout the Portland Metro area.* Participate in associations to market our services. Initially CAI & OWCAM.
