About the Role


Connect Search is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth through new client acquisition and strategic relationship development. This is an internal, permanent opportunity with Connect Search. You'll be joining our team directly and playing a key role in driving the continued growth and success of our organization.


This is a true business development role focused on generating new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and creating long-term client partnerships. The ideal candidate is a hunter who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and creating opportunities from the ground up.


We are open to hiring professionals at various levels based on experience and track record. As a result, title and scope may be adjusted to align with the candidate's background, expertise, and career goals.


Role Requirements


  • Prior staffing industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven success in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Highly competitive and motivated by performance-based compensation.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
