Altera is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead strategic initiatives across Salesforce, customer data, and Go-To-Market systems.

This role sits at the center of engineering, sales, and marketing—owning the delivery of scalable systems that drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Program Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce programs (Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud)
  • Own planning, execution, timelines, KPIs, and cross-functional alignment
  • Manage dependencies across engineering, data, and business teams

Salesforce & Systems

  • Partner with architects on scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Oversee integrations with ERP, product systems, and data platforms
  • Drive Customer 360 adoption and data model alignment

GTM & Revenue Operations

  • Support GTM initiatives and product launches with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps
  • Enable lead-to-cash workflows, pipeline visibility, and forecasting
  • Translate business needs into executable technical plans

Data & Insights

  • Enable reporting, dashboards, and analytics with data teams
  • Support AI-driven use cases (segmentation, personalization)
  • Improve data quality and consistency across systems

Stakeholder & Operations

  • Lead executive reporting, governance, and decision forums
  • Track budgets, resources, and program health
  • Identify risks and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years in Technical Program or Project Management
  • 4+ years working with Salesforce platforms
  • Strong experience with:
