What is a technical account executive?

A Technical Account Executive is a professional who combines sales expertise with technical knowledge to manage and grow client relationships, especially for technology-based products or services. They work closely with clients to understand their technical needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Technical Account Executives often act as a bridge between the client and internal technical teams, helping to resolve issues and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
