About the Role
As a Shipping & Fulfillment Associate, you will package and ship medications from our state-of-the-art fulfillment facility, ensuring accuracy and safety while maintaining strict compliance with all relevant regulations. You will support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, handle medication storage, and coordinate with delivery providers. Precision, attention to detail, and strong communication are essential in this high-responsibility role. You will work in a professional, well-maintained environment that promotes growth and learning in the pharmaceutical industry.
Pay Rate: $17.50 - 18.25
Shift Times:
  • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 6:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 6:30 am-5:00 pm
  • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 5:30 pm - 4:00 am
  • Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 5:30 pm - 4:00 am

Key Responsibilities
  • Package, label, and ship medications accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the pharmacy facility
  • Communicate with delivery providers and pharmacy management regarding shipping needs
  • Ensure medications are stored and handled safely and properly
  • Support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with distribution tasks
  • Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations in the pharmacy setting

Key Requirements
  • Ability to remain stationary for 50% of the work shift
  • Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 20 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in picking, packing, or shipping is preferred but not required
  • Must pass background check and drug screen at our office
  • Must be available for flexible 10-hour shifts, including weekends, with start times varying from Monday to Sunday
