Company Description

The Recruiter role for Vantage Point Corp. will be responsible for attracting, sourcing and qualifying top candidates for sales and customer service roles, as well as other roles as assigned. This individual must have an appreciation for excellent customer service and outstanding IT sales people in order to impact our company by identifying and recruiting appropriate candidates. This role does high volume recruiting.

Job Description

         Work with the Sales Manager in performing external recruiting functions, including development of sourcing strategies/advertising, phone and/or video screening to qualify candidates, scheduling/coordinating of interviews with the hiring team and tracking candidate activity.

         Maintain job descriptions and postings on relevant sites. Track and report on success rate of various job posting methodologies.

         Keep company's presence up-to-date on all social media platforms, working as necessary with the company's Marketing and Social Media teams. Platforms include, but are not limited to Facebook, Glassdoor, LinkedIn and Twitter.

         Develop a strong understanding of our brand and our brand image in the marketplace, as well as have full understanding of our benefits, compensation and workplace culture. Effectively communicate that information to candidates and successfully identify individuals that meet those qualifications.

         Utilize multiple recruiting sources to effectively source candidates through various channels: Social media, referrals, career fairs, networking events, etc.

         Work with the Sales Manager in planning and executing all on-site and off-site career fairs

         Maintain an organized database of strong (sourced) candidates in each area we have stores.

         Process and appropriately distribute all staffing and labor reports in order to analyze each store's individual needs.

         Responsible for ensuring applicants have an outstanding experience and impression of our company.

This role is primarily based in an open cubicle office environment. Travel is required up to 25% of the time.

1-2 Years of recruitment experience, IT sales/manufacture recruiting experience is a plus!
