As one of our Strategic Enterprise Sales Development Representatives, you will:
  • Prospect into assigned enterprise customer accounts to identify new stakeholders, buying centers, and growth opportunities.
  • Build relationships with director-level and executive-level decision-makers through personalized outbound outreach strategies.
  • Partner closely with Account Managers to support account expansion initiatives and generate qualified pipeline opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and partner teams to craft relevant messaging tailored to each account's business context.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Coveo's artificial intelligence-powered solutions and articulate their value to customer challenges.
  • Act as a strategic first point of contact for new stakeholders while aligning outbound efforts with broader account priorities.

  • 2+ years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) technology sales or sales development.
  • Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments and engage multiple stakeholders confidently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills to manage a high volume of outbound activities effectively.
What will make you stand out:
