Position Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and delivering exceptional service. This position requires 3โ€“5 years of air filtration experience and a strong ability to cultivate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the filtration industry.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to build a solid sales pipeline.
  • Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Present and demonstrate products and services to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed individual and company sales goals.
2. Customer Engagement
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable filtration solutions.
  • Deliver prompt, professional, and solution-oriented customer service.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
3. Market Research & Analysis
  • Stay current with trends in the filtration industry and emerging technologies.
  • Research target markets and identify high-potential customer segments.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and pricing to strengthen market position.
4. Sales Reporting & Forecasting
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities and customer interactions.
