Position: Generalist Implementation Manager (Functional – CRIMS/OMS)  
Location: Boston, MA (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Support client workflows across trading, portfolio management, and investment operations
  • Configure and validate compliance rules, including rule logic and behavior
  • Define and implement user privileging, access controls, and role-based entitlements
  • Support client testing phases including UAT, scenario validation, and workflow testing
  • Serve as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and stakeholders

Required Skills

  • Functional CRIMS/OMS Expertise:  Prior experience with Charles River IMS or equivalent OMS platforms.
  • Domain Knowledge: Understanding of trading lifecycle, portfolio management, and investment workflows
  • Privileging Experience: Ability to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Compliance Rule Configuration :  Configure and validate compliance rules, basic logic, and rule behavior
  • Privileging & Security Configuration:  Define and implement user privileging, access controls, and role-based entitlements within CRIMS.
  • Testing & Validation Experience: Experience with UAT, scenario validation, and workflow testing.
