DeWinter Technology, the technology division of DeWinter, has expanded into the Boston market, and we're growing fast. Our team specializes in connecting top technology talent with innovative companies throughout the region.

From the beginning, we've been about true partnership, matching with our clients' goals and helping our candidates achieve their own. We build our network one relationship at a time.

Our culture and performance have earned national recognition. We were awarded SIA's Best Staffing Firms to Work For in the U.S. (2026) and named one of the 2026 Best Places to Work in the Bay Area by the San Francisco Business Times and Silicon Valley Business Journal.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Technology Recruiter to help grow our Boston presence. This is an opportunity to own your recruiting efforts in a high-growth market while building meaningful candidate relationships and expanding our regional footprint.

You will have the autonomy to source, develop, and place top technology talent, while collaborating with a supportive and high-performing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on growth, impact, and building their network in a competitive market.

Requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Build and cultivate relationships with top technology candidates in the Boston area
  • Develop and maintain strong pipelines across engineering, data, infrastructure, and product roles
  • Partner closely with internal sales leaders to support client hiring needs
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes with accountability and attention to detail
  • Contribute to expanding DeWinter Technology's footprint in Boston
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process

Keys to Success:

  • Lead with respect and integrity
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with consistent follow-through
  • Competitive drive and strong sense of urgency
  • Collaborative mindset and coachability
  • Authentic relationship builder
  • Pride in your craft and desire to be exceptional
  • A natural networker with a sense of humor

Ideal Background:

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience (technology staffing preferred)
  • Proven track record of revenue generation and growth
  • Strong understanding of technology roles, functions, and skill sets
  • Experience building pipelines in competitive markets
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, social media, and ATS tools
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Why DeWinter Technology:

  • Award-winning culture and leadership
  • Rapidly growing Boston market presence
  • Strong internal collaboration and support
  • Competitive compensation structure & one of the best commission plans in the industry
  • Real opportunity to help shape and scale a growing region

If you're excited about joining a firm that is actively expanding in Boston and want to play a meaningful role in that growth, we'd love to connect.
