Role Requirements
• Liaise with assigned Sales Lead and evaluate requirements
• Identify and source candidates through a variety of methods including but not limited to referrals, networking, internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings, job boards, job fairs, professional directories/groups and social media
• Find and cultivate referral sources
• Qualify, screen (interview), evaluate and reference check candidates
• Identify and cultivate most placeable candidates for pipeline
• Perform candidate relationship management
• Edits resumes when applicable
• Sourcing (using LinkedIn, Ladders, Dice, social media, etc.), candidate management, interview management and successful offer negotiation
• Effectively use ATS system and report KPI's
Experience
• A proven recruiting professional with 4-5 years of recruiting experience in the contract staffing industry
• Experience in full life-cycle recruitment, including: Sourcing (using LinkedIn, Ladders, Dice, social media, etc.), candidate management, interview management and successful offer negotiation
• Proven track record in developing and managing a large network of candidates
