Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Follow up on customer instructions, coordinate internal processes, and ensure logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction;

2. Monitor the logistics process, promptly handle or report any logistics abnormalities;

3. Maintain and update logistics records to ensure data accuracy;

4. Be responsible for logistics scheduling, reasonably arrange transportation resources;

5. Communicate and collaborate with the warehouse department and the customer's contact person to ensure the smooth progress of the logistics plan.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, with a major in logistics preferred;

2. At least 2 years of experience in logistics scheduling;

3. Proficient in Chinese/English to meet the needs of daily work;

4. Skilled in office software, capable of meeting the job requirements.
