Shape the Future of Enterprise Technology
Future Tech Enterprise, Inc. is seeking an accomplished and commercially minded Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology vision, strengthen our solution portfolio, and help drive the company's next stage of growth.
Future Tech delivers enterprise technology solutions and services to commercial, federal, and global customers in more than 170 countries. Working alongside leading OEMs and technology partners, we help organizations modernize their operations through artificial intelligence, high-performance computing, cybersecurity, hybrid cloud, data center infrastructure, lifecycle services, PC-as-a-Service, and other emerging technologies.
The CTO will serve as a senior technology executive, customer advisor, industry ambassador, and strategic partner to Future Tech's leadership, sales, engineering, and partner teams. This individual must understand how technology creates measurable business value-not simply how it works.
Travel: Regular domestic and international travel required
What You Will Do
  • Establish and execute Future Tech's enterprise technology strategy in alignment with the company's growth objectives.
  • Identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and new solution opportunities that can create competitive advantage and revenue growth.
  • Shape and expand Future Tech's solutions and services portfolio across AI, HPC, cybersecurity, hybrid cloud, infrastructure, lifecycle services, automation, and related technologies.
  • Serve as a trusted technology advisor to major commercial, federal, and global customers.
  • Participate in strategic customer meetings, executive briefings, industry events, and complex business-development opportunities.
  • Strengthen executive relationships with OEMs, distributors, cloud providers, software companies, and other strategic partners.
  • Work closely with sales and solution architecture teams to develop differentiated, scalable, and commercially viable customer solutions.
  • Help translate OEM roadmaps and emerging technologies into practical offerings that address customers' business and operational challenges.
  • Provide technology leadership for major proposals, strategic accounts, and complex transformation programs.
  • Develop business cases and investment priorities for new platforms, capabilities, partnerships, and services.
  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing technical and innovation teams.
  • Establish appropriate technology governance, architecture, security, risk, and performance standards.
  • Represent Future Tech as a thought leader through customer forums, partner events, industry conferences, and executive-level communications.
  • Clearly communicate technology strategy, opportunities, risks, and results to executive leadership.
Required Experience
  • Significant executive leadership experience within the enterprise IT industry, gained on either:
  • The OEM/manufacturer side; or
  • The value-added reseller, solution provider, systems integrator, or technology services side.
  • Must have served as a Chief Technology Officer or in an equivalent enterprise technology executive role in each of the candidate's two most recent positions.
  • Equivalent roles may include CIO/CTO, Chief Technology and Innovation Officer, Chief Solutions Officer, or an EVP/SVP-level position with comparable company-wide technology leadership responsibility.
  • Deep knowledge of the OEM, distributor, VAR, and enterprise customer ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success developing technology strategy and converting that strategy into customer value, differentiated offerings, and revenue growth.
  • Experience building senior-level relationships with enterprise customers and strategic technology partners.
  • Broad understanding of modern enterprise technologies, including AI, HPC, cybersecurity, cloud, data centers, networking, infrastructure, automation, and IT lifecycle services.
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise or public-sector customers and navigating large, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
  • Strong commercial judgment and an understanding of solution economics, recurring services, managed offerings, and partner-led go-to-market models.
  • Outstanding executive presence, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to lead across departments and influence teams outside the direct reporting structure.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly based on customer, partner, and business needs.
  • Ability to work full-time from Future Tech's executive headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience serving customers in sectors such as aerospace, defense, government, energy, healthcare, manufacturing, education, or retail.
  • Experience working with federal customers, government contractors, or regulated industries.
  • Established relationships with major OEMs and other enterprise technology providers.
  • Experience launching new technology practices, managed services, or recurring-revenue solutions.
  • Recognized industry thought leadership, including conference participation, published perspectives, advisory roles, or customer executive briefings.
The Leadership Profile We Are Seeking
The successful candidate will combine the credibility of a technology executive with the instincts of a business builder. This person will be equally comfortable:
  • Advising a customer's executive team;
  • Developing strategy with Future Tech's leadership;
  • Working with an OEM on a joint solution;
  • Helping sales teams win a complex opportunity; and
  • Guiding technical teams from concept through execution.

We are looking for a leader who is curious, decisive, collaborative, customer-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
Why Join Future Tech?
This is an opportunity to help shape the technology direction of a growing global solutions provider, work closely with leading technology innovators, and influence outcomes for sophisticated enterprise and government customers.
Future Tech offers competitive executive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
