Job description

Position Summary
ECS is seeking a Dashboard Guru - Senior to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program. This role supports Task 3 - Cybersecurity Operations Support - by leading the development and governance of cybersecurity dashboards, performance metrics, and executive reporting that inform Security Operations Center (SOC) operations, vulnerability management, incident response, compliance tracking, and continuous monitoring. The Dashboard Guru - Senior integrates data across cybersecurity operations and works closely with analysts, engineers, watch officers, and leadership to improve enterprise visibility, strengthen reporting accuracy, and enable informed decision-making across Defensive Cyberspace Operations - Internal Defensive Measures (DCO-IDM) activities.
In this role, the selected candidate will help support ARNG's mission to defend classified and unclassified network environments serving more than 120,000 users and approximately 141,000 endpoints across roughly 2,800 sites in 54 states and territories. The position contributes to cybersecurity operations that underpin Title 10 and Title 32 missions, mobilization readiness, domestic emergency response, and SIPRNet operations by transforming operational data into actionable reporting for Government stakeholders. The role operates within the ENOCS cyber environment reflected in the program's use of USIEM analytics, C2C and DLP data, ServiceNow evidence and ticketing workflows, eMASS artifact tracking, SOC monitoring processes, and coordination with organizations including the NETCOM Global Cyber Center and DISA DCDC.
Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and governance of cybersecurity dashboards and executive reporting that support Task 3 deliverables across SOC operations, vulnerability management, incident response, compliance monitoring, and RMF activities.
  • Establish and maintain data standards, metric definitions, and reporting frameworks to ensure cybersecurity dashboards provide accurate, consistent, and mission-aligned visibility for Government stakeholders.
  • Integrate and normalize data from cybersecurity platforms, case management and ticketing sources, and operational reporting streams to produce reliable enterprise views of cyber risk, performance, and monitoring effectiveness.
  • Develop reporting that supports 24x7x365 SOC monitoring and analysis by presenting meaningful operational trends, incident metrics, and performance indicators for Tier 2 incident, problem, and change processes.
  • Incorporate data from USIEM, C2C, and DLP analytic sources to enhance centralized visibility, support threat-informed reporting, and improve leadership awareness of enterprise cybersecurity conditions.
  • Support reporting and governance needs associated with eMASS records, compliance artifacts, POA&Ms, and continuous monitoring activities to help track security posture across classified and unclassified environments.
  • Analyze dashboard outputs and underlying data to identify risk trends, performance gaps, and areas requiring remediation, and present actionable findings to Government leadership.
  • Coordinate with cybersecurity analysts, engineers, watch officers, and service owners to validate source data, refine reporting requirements, and improve the quality and usefulness of operational dashboards.
  • Produce executive-level reporting that helps stakeholders monitor cybersecurity operations supporting ARNG missions across 54 states and territories, including readiness, operational continuity, and response requirements.
  • Recommend and implement dashboard enhancements that improve enterprise cybersecurity visibility, streamline reporting, and strengthen decision support for coordination with NETCOM Global Cyber Center, DISA DCDC, and other mission partners.
