Job Description
Primarily responsible for serving as the strategic and operational link between business leadership and the technology organization, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and successful delivery of technology solutions that support corporate objectives.
This role is accountable for the effective, efficient delivery of IT production support, application development, and project execution, with a focus on Salesforce and nCino platforms supporting commercial and institutional lending.
The IT Director will lead a product-oriented, agile delivery model, driving modernization, scalability, and continuous improvement across the technology portfolio, while supporting potential organizational evolution, including the consolidation of commercial technology functions under a unified leadership structure.

The IT Director will lead an organization of approximately 30-40 team members, primarily full-time employees, with responsibility for building strong collaboration across business and technology partners.

How You'll Spend Your Time
• You will develop and implement information technology plans aligned to commercial banking and lending strategies, with a focus on digital transformation initiatives
• You will make recommendations for system enhancements and process improvements, particularly within Salesforce and nCino ecosystems supporting lending workflows
• You will maintain a high level of knowledge of leading-edge technologies, CRM platforms, and product-based delivery models, applying them to business needs
• You will direct and develop a professional staff supporting enterprise applications and systems, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across a large team
• You will provide leadership across technology delivery, project execution, and operational performance, ensuring successful outcomes for complex, cross-functional initiatives
• You will drive adoption of agile and product-oriented software delivery practices, improving speed, quality, and business alignment
• You will collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to influence strategy, manage competing priorities, and deliver measurable business value
• You will oversee vendor relationships and technology partnerships to support enterprise platform delivery and long-term technology strategy
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Management, Computer Science, or related field and 8-10 years of directly related professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SKILLS:
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise platforms (Salesforce) and commercial lending systems (nCino)
• Strong understanding of technology-based information resource management systems and enterprise application architecture
• Advanced leadership experience managing large, cross-functional teams (30+ resources)
• Proven experience driving agile, product-oriented software delivery models
• Deep knowledge of commercial lending processes and supporting technologies
• Advanced management and project execution skills with a focus on business outcomes
• Strong vendor management experience and ability to influence technology partners
• Ability to negotiate, influence, and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and executive presence skills
