GTT Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a travel MRI Technologist Level I for a travel job in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Job Description & Requirements

MRI Technologist I

  • Contract: 13 Weeks
  • Schedule: 36 hrs/week | 12-Hr Days (Friday, Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM โ€“ 7:00 PM)
  • On-Call: Backup call required
  • Level: Entry-level / Tech I (Under general supervision/preceptor)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality MRI diagnostic imaging services to adult and pediatric patients.
  • Prepare patients, correlate clinical histories with orders, and operate specialized MRI equipment.
  • Transfer images/data to archival systems (PACS), perform quality control checks, and maintain user-level equipment cleaning/disinfection.

Requirements & Education

  • Education: Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program OR CAAHEP-accredited Cardiovascular program (Associateโ€™s degree preferred).
  • Certifications: AHA BLS required. Must be MRI Certification eligible (with registry obtained within 12 months of hire).
  • Skills: Core knowledge of anatomy, positioning, radiation/MRI safety, and medical terminology; strong multi-tasking and patient-care skill
