Driveline is looking for a Regional Director to oversee high-velocity retail field operations across the Western & Intermountain West market areas, managing a team of full-time mangers and hourly associates, across 15 states and 3,500+ retail locations. This position supports all clients, vendors and retailers within the market. A customer-first focus approach to managing the business is a requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Direct 20 District Managers and over 1,200 hourly merchandising associates
  • Retail Execution: Lead category resets, store audits, new item introductions, and promotions across all client locations
  • Performance Coaching: Train district teams to meet execution goals and stay on budget
  • Client Relations: Build strong partnerships with major retailers and brands. A customer-first focus is a must.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: 7+ years of direct team management experience, retail industry strongly preferred
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Comparable hands-on experience considered.
  • Travel: Regular and consistent regional travel required
  • Skills: Tech savvy, strong technology skills, self-motivation for remote work, and a high sense of urgency for a fast-paced environment
