Hello, I’m Charles Quinones, Recruitment Consultant at FED IT, specializing in IT recruitment (permanent and contract roles). I am currently supporting a global manufacturing company in hiring a Director of Applications, Data & IT Projects, a key leadership role within their digital transformation. Mission Reporting to the VP of IT, you will play a key role in the company’s digital transformation journey.

Your main responsibilities include: Define and execute the application strategy, particularly for the EPICOR/Kinetic ERP across multiple sites (Canada, U.S., Morocco) Lead IT projects end-to-end (budget, timelines, quality, vendors, change management) Oversee the enterprise application ecosystem (ERP, EPM/BOARD, CRM, BI tools, integrations) Expand business intelligence capabilities (Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL) Drive adoption of AI and automation to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency Establish a strong data governance framework (data quality, security, compliance) Build and scale a pragmatic IT PMO Ensure alignment between IT initiatives and business priorities Lead change management and user adoption efforts Manage, mentor and grow a multidisciplinary IT team Collaborate with international teams and external partners Ensure compliance with industry standards (including CMMC, NIST 800-171) Your profile Minimum 12 years of progressive IT experience, including leadership roles Strong experience with ERP implementations (EPICOR/Kinetic preferred) At least 5 years in IT project delivery and 3 years managing teams Background in a manufacturing environment Solid expertise in data & analytics (Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL) Strong understanding of data governance practices Experience managing vendors and system integrators PMP certification or equivalent Fully bilingual (French and English) to collaborate with local and international teams Nice to have: EPICOR certification, CDMP, ITIL v4, CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, BOARD EPM, MES/PLM, aerospace or defense exposure
