Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks, including local user management, OneDrive monitoring, and system audits.
• Oversee 800+ machines using Atera RMM. Manage the full lifecycle of client workstations from initial setup to secure decommissioning.
• Conduct research for new client projects, identify hardware/software options, and prepare technical bids/estimates for review.
• Manage user lifecycles (M365/Google Workspace), account shutdowns, and password security protocols.
• Resolve escalated technical issues with a 'fix it once' mentality, ensuring long-term stability rather than quick patches.
Qualifications:
Required:

• RMM Experience: Direct experience with Atera or similar platforms (NinjaOne, Syncro, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Infrastructure Knowledge: Strong understanding of Windows environments, networking (UniFi experience is a plus), and M365/Google Workspace administration.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to work autonomously, research complex IT problems, and present clear, data-driven options for project refinement.
• Reliability: As an on-call/part-time role, high responsiveness and the ability to work independently are critical.
Preferred:
• Direct experience with Atera or similar platforms (NinjaOne, Syncro, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Experience with UniFi Dream Machine Pro configurations.
• Experience with WordPress site maintenance or phpMyAdmin.
• Background in IT auditing and acquisition (checking infrastructure, software, and compliance).
