This role offers a unique opportunity to build expertise in both financial services compliance and technology operations, making a meaningful impact across the entire organization.


What You'll Do

In this highly visible role, you'll partner closely with our Chief Compliance Officer and team members throughout the firm to:

โœ… Support regulatory filings, compliance monitoring, recordkeeping, and policy administration

โœ… Assist with employee compliance training and ongoing compliance initiatives

โœ… Help maintain and strengthen EIG's compliance program

โœ… Serve as the first point of contact for internal technology support

โœ… Troubleshoot technology issues and coordinate solutions with external technology partners

โœ… Assist with technology systems, user administration, and ongoing operational improvements

โœ… Contribute to special projects that improve processes, efficiency, and the employee experience
