Work Model: Work Model: You'll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday-Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday.

Program Overview

OurInformation Technology & Digital Internship Programoffers hands-on experience across key IT specialties includingAI & Data Science, ERP Applications,ePMO, Networking, Infrastructure, Digital Solutions, andDevOps. You'll work alongside experienced professionals and mentors to support real-world projects that strengthen our digital infrastructure and security posture.

Through challenging assignments, formal report-outs, and regular mentor check-ins, you'll build technical expertise, sharpen communication skills, and gain exposure to senior Digital & IT leadership.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities may include:

  • Contributing to the development of AI-powered applications, predictive analytics, generative AI, and automation solutions that drive business value across the enterprise

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights and scalable AI solutions that address real-world business challenges

  • Assisting with the development of dashboards, reports, and analytics that support project governance, resource planning, and executive decision-making

  • Supporting process improvement, workflow automation, and portfolio management initiatives across enterprise platforms such as Workfront, ServiceNow, and Jira

  • Maintaining consistent, secure and seamless network connectivity to on-premise and cloud applications from anywhere

  • Supporting cross-functional IT projects and system implementations

Education, Experience & Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field

  • Graduation date of Winter 2027 or later

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale

  • Prior internship or work experience preferred

  • Strong interest in AI, data science, infrastructure, networking, ERP, or DevOps

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams

  • Self-starter with an eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Details

  • $21.50 - $30 per hour

  • The hourly rate provided is intended to display the value of the company's base rate compensation forall statewide locations across the United States. Hourly rate is dependent on a multitude of factors,including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience,education and internal peer compensation comparisons.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
