LOCATION is seeking an experienced automotive service advisor to join our winning team due to increased business. Moran is a top volume dealer Group and has a large clientele of repeat customers as well as a large advertising budget to provide a steady flow of customers. What You'll Do:
  • Schedule and manage repair appointments for customers
  • Answer questions about warranty coverage and loaner availability
  • Communicate with customers to understand needs and provide accurate repair cost estimates
  • Keep customers updated on repair progress and advise on additional recommended work
  • Explain completed repairs, review costs, and suggest future maintenance at pickup
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely service
  • Use dealership systems to write repair orders, track jobs in progress, and process warranty approvals
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the automotive business and technology
