The Rafih Auto Group is looking to add an experienced F&I Manager to their growing team. The Finance Manager plays a vital role in the process of purchasing a vehicle. The ideal candidate will assist the customer in getting financed while staying in compliance with all lender guidelines. The F&I manager contributes to the customers positive experience by being able to get deals funded quickly, provide a high level of satisfaction, and sell after products professionally and ethically.

The Ideal Candidate is respectful & ethical, has experience in implementing dealership policies and procedures, and is knowledgeable in state regulations regarding Finance & the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs credit interview and prepares credit application.
  • Verifies accuracy of customer information before sending to lenders.
  • Establish and build good lender relationships.
  • Discloses financial information and options to customer.
  • Structures deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines.
  • Properly cost special finance deals (prepares profit sheets).
  • Sells credit insurance and service contracts.
  • Books out deals accurately and in a timely matter.
  • CVR all customers registrations on site at time of delivery.
  • Checks funding and communicates any stipulations.
  • Communicatees and works with ALL departments.
  • Acts as a team player by assisting sales department.
  • Other duties assigned.
