Responsibilities:
- Effectively making 75-100+ phone calls daily (hot and cold)
- Persistency and commitment to a sound recruiting regimen to recruit advisors to the USA Financial platform(s) (BD, RIA, TAMP, IMO).
- Successfully recruit right fit top-performing advisors to a Discovery Day Experience, where leadership, and a Senior Business Development Consultant will assist in finalizing the recruitment and transition.
- Able to articulate the unique value proposition of USA Financial with passion and conviction

- Simply put, a successful Recruiter is effective at getting right-fit advisors to the Discovery Day Experience (to pass the torch to the rest of the Business Development Team) and then is able to go back out and start again from scratch to find the next advisor!
