Job description

Legal Technology Advisor for top tier law firm. This role can be based out of Washington DC or NYC. This position is responsible for implementing technology solutions to enhance legal service delivery. This position functions as product designer, consultant, and project manager to identify deliver measurable improvements. Duties: Identify opportunities to improve service delivery by process optimization, project management, and technology solutions. Lead initiatives from concept to implementation. Liaison between attorneys, practice groups, Legal Technology, IT, and other stakeholders. Support the adoption of generative AI tools. Analyze workflows/business needs; translate into solution designs. Assess existing enterprise tools and determine whether they can be enhanced or adapted. Collaborate with developers/subject matter experts to define technical vision.. Position Requirements: Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred. Must have at least three years of related experience with increasing responsibility. Project management and client-facing consulting experience. Knowledge of legal workflows and legal technology. Prior success developing business-driven ideas to completion. Strong interpersonal, written and presentation skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts for legal audiences. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with knowledge management or legal innovation initiatives. Familiarity with HighQ, Litera (Contract Companion/Create), Kira, Jigsaw, Exhibit Manager, OnCue, or similar platforms. Understanding of generative AI tools, including general-purpose platforms and legal-specific applications, with an interest in exploring their practical use in legal workflows. Experience with relational databases. Salary for this position is $120k - $160k
