We are looking for an in-house experienced Staff Accountant in Iselin, NJ or in our Anaheim, CA office who will report to the Controller.
The Staff Accountant is responsible for a range of accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger support. This role requires accuracy, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions and process.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Support general accounting tasks.
- Process contract billing to clients (from Sales order to invoices);
- Coordinate banking activities and general ledger consolidation.
- Perform Account Reconciliation as needed.
- Conduct analysis and reconcile contract billing with ERP system;
- Set up recurring contract in accounting system and ERP system;
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Netsuite experience is preferred;
- Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting field;
- College degree in Accounting Helpful;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel: Vlookup, Pivot Table
- Detail-oriented with focused work ethic;
- Ability to coordinate, cooperate, prioritize, multi-task and motivate self and others;
