Job Title: Teamcenter (TCE) Developer
Location: Cincinnati, OH 45240 (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months

Position Summary
The Teamcenter (TCE) Developer will be responsible for designing, customizing, configuring, and implementing PLM solutions using Teamcenter (V13+) with strong expertise in ITK, SOA, and Active Workspace. The role involves building proofs of concept, supporting process architects, developing technical documentation, and executing end-to-end solution deployment across multiple environments.
Required Experience
  • 5+ years' experience in Teamcenter development
  • Strong background in PLM build, configuration, and customization
  • Expertise in Teamcenter ITK Customization, SOA Customization, AWC
  • Experience in installing and setting up local Teamcenter development environments (V13+)
  • Strong understanding of Teamcenter Architecture & BOM Management
  • Experience preparing POCs, prototypes, feasibility checks, and technical documentation
  • Ability to collaborate with Design Engineers and SMEs for CAD/Design BOM data
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain Teamcenter V13+ local development environments
  • Develop POCs, design options, prototypes, and technical feasibility checks
  • Support process architects with To-Be process definition and use case documentation
  • Configure and design the "To-Be" Teamcenter system based on functional specifications
  • Document detailed technical solutions and functional specifications
  • Perform Teamcenter customization (ITK, SOA) including unit testing
  • Deliver configuration/customization packages to system admin teams using CVS/SVN/Git
  • Engage in integration testing, bug fixing, and final code deployment
  • Support QA environment deployment and Go-Live activities
  • Assist in training material development and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Coordinate with SMEs to capture requirements, perform taxonomy analysis, and manage design BOM structures
  • Document OOTB defects and collaborate for business sign-offs (BRD, FS)
  • Support cutover planning and production support after Go-Live
