Job Title: Entry-Level Teamcenter Support Engineer
Job Location: Irving, TX (Remote)

About the job you’re considering
Teamcenter Support Engineer is an entry-level position responsible for providing Level-1 application support for Siemens Teamcenter PLM. The role focuses on user support, basic issue resolution, ticket management, and routine operational tasks, while learning Teamcenter concepts and support processes under the guidance of senior team members.

Your Role
•    Provide L1 support for Teamcenter users using defined SOPs and runbooks.
•    Assist users with login issues, navigation, and basic functional queries.
•    Support Items, BOM viewing, datasets, and simple workflows.
•    Log and manage tickets in ServiceNow / Remedy / JIRA.
•    Perform routine application health checks and basic log collection.
•    Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams as per SLA.
•    Participate in on-call support rotations as per project schedule.
•    Support planned weekend activities such as maintenance or deployments.
•    Work outside standard business hours on a planned or rotational basis when required.

Your Skills and Experience
•    Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / IT / CS / ECE) or equivalent.
•    Basic understanding of Siemens Teamcenter PLM is preferred (training or project exposure).
•    Familiarity with Items, BOMs, datasets, workflows, and Active Workspace (user level) is preferred.
•    Working knowledge in Linux environment.
•    Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $41,100 - $96,600/Year

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
