  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing air, ground, and ocean dangerous goods shipments
  • 3+ years of experience with U.S. and international DG regulations and import/export compliance
  • Current valid certifications: DOT, IATA, and IMDG

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong experience with lithium battery transportation and classification
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth logistics or aerospace environment
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20-25%
  • This position is based in Bastrop, TX or Redmond/Woodinville, WA, or Hawthorne, CA and requires regular onsite presence
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range:
Level 3: $115,000.00 - $165,000.00

You will also receive access to comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage, access to a 401(k) retirement plan, short and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, paid parental leave, and various other discounts and perks. You may also accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation and will be eligible for 10 or more paid holidays per year. Employees in Washington State accrue paid sick time in compliance with state and federal law.
