Weekly Pay Potential Up to $1,508
Top-performing drivers working a 5-day schedule can earn up to $1,508/week and thats just the beginning. Pay is performance-based and depends on your safety, reliability, and dispatch evaluation, not your years of experience. This means every driver has an equal opportunity to earn more, grow faster, and access additional hours over time.

We offer a starting pay range of $22.00 $26.00 per hour, based on performance metricsnot tenure. Hours: 4052 hours/week, with the ability to reach 55+ hours once you're a top performer.

Probation Period & $600 Sign-On BonusOpportunity
New drivers will go through a probation and coaching period, the length of which depends on your experience. During this time, you will receive guidance and support to develop your skills, learn best practices, and become a top performer.

Upon successful completion of probation, drivers can earn a $600 sign-on bonus.
The bonus will be paid once the following conditions are met:
