Job description

Flowly Solutions is looking to bring on several Yard Drivers to join our logistics team. We're a relocation business that handles moving, assembly, and repair, along with a range of other services, and we need dependable people who take pride in doing things right.

Previous yard equipment operation, or towing experience is required. If you are someone who pays attention to detail, knows how to handle a trailer, and shows up ready to work, we'll get you up to speed on our specific yard layout and equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing, parking, and staging equipment and vehicles within the yard
  • Safely hitching, towing, and unhitching various trailers and equipment
  • Backing up trucks with trailers into tight spaces and designated zones
  • Securing, strapping, and chaining down heavy equipment for safe transport
  • Conducting basic safety checks on trucks, trailers, and equipment before movement
  • Assisting with general yard organization, inventory, and maintenance as needed
  • Handling both inbound and outbound equipment shipments safely

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience safely towing and backing up trailers is required (utility, gooseneck, or equipment trailers)
  • Prior yard driver, warehouse, or equipment operation experience is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
  • Valid Driver License with a clean driving record (No CDL required)
  • Comfortable on your feet and working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to secure loads and hook up trailers
  • Reliable transportation to work
  • No formal education is required
