Job description

Make a meaningful impact as a Special Education Teacher, working with enthusiastic 2nd and 3rd graders in a supportive educational environment near Madison, AL. This contract role is designed for an educator ready to make a long-term difference, with opportunities to enrich students’ lives throughout the school year.

You’ll be responsible for teaching and case management primarily in a 01 LRE setting, with a small group of students requiring an 03 LRE. Collaborate with teachers, families, and school professionals to provide effective, individualized instruction and ensure every child’s unique needs are met.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid AL SPED credential/certification required
  • Previous experience in special education is preferred
