Job Duties:
Collecting, compiling, and reviewing agency reports/documentation
Policy research
Maintaining a records keeping system
Monitoring compliance in order to adhere with ACA, laws, policies and procedures
Daily Communication with Department Supervisors
Direct Contact with incarcerated inmates
