TCI Transportation is looking for a Regional Safety Manager who will become a trusted partner to operations, a mentor to drivers and managers, and a champion for safety across multiple locations. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who knows DOT and FMCSA regulations inside and out—and enjoys turning compliance into a competitive advantage.


???? What You'll Own

As our Regional Safety Manager, you'll help shape the future of safety across our organization by:

???? Lead engaging onboarding and ongoing safety training

???? Investigate accidents and injuries while identifying root causes

???? Conduct DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, EPA, Hazmat, and Hours-of-Service compliance audits

???? Oversee Driver Qualification (DQ) file compliance

???? Coach Driver Managers, Regional Managers, technicians, and drivers

???? Perform facility inspections and identify operational risks

???? Monitor safety scorecards, trends, and performance metrics

???? Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching with drivers

???? Partner with leadership to improve safety performance across every operation

✈️ Travel approximately 30–40% throughout your assigned region to support our teams where they need you most.
