**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to join the team at Doubletree TCC in a hybrid role that includes work on some days and nights. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service to our guests, both in person and through virtual channels.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

**Responsibilities:**
