Job description

POSITION SUMMARY: The Digital Growth Manager owns and continuously advances TC Restaurant Group's digital ecosystem, overseeing websites, email marketing, digital campaigns, analytics, paid media coordination, CRM, and marketing technology. As the primary internal owner of the company's digital experience, this role partners closely with venue teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and external agency partners to ensure every digital touchpoint is aligned with business objectives, strengthens the guest experience, and drives measurable growth.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Digital Growth Manager leads the day-to-day execution and optimization of digital marketing initiatives while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance website performance, customer engagement, campaign effectiveness, marketing automation, and reporting. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of marketing expertise, technical aptitude, analytical thinking, and project management skills, with the ability to translate business priorities into strategic, measurable digital outcomes.
The Digital Growth Manager is expected to work between 40-50 hours weekly, with an average five-day work week. Schedules are tentative and hours may vary based on business levels, special events, holidays, and operational needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and manage TC Restaurant Group's digital experience, ensuring alignment across websites, email marketing, paid media, CRM, digital campaigns, and marketing technology.
- Develop, maintain, and execute the digital marketing calendar in collaboration with venue marketing teams, ensuring all campaigns, promotions, seasonal initiatives, artist activations, partnerships, and venue launches are strategically supported across digital channels.
- Own the digital experience across all TC Restaurant Group websites, ensuring content is accurate, user-friendly, brand-aligned, optimized for performance, and reflective of current business initiatives. - Coordinate website development projects with external web development partners while independently managing routine website updates, landing pages, quality assurance, and troubleshooting.
- Lead day-to-day relationships with external agency partners, including website development, SEO, Google Ads, and paid social agencies, ensuring initiatives are prioritized, executed efficiently, and aligned with business objectives.
- Review agency recommendations, campaign performance, and strategic initiatives while providing informed recommendations to the Director of Marketing.
- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns across all venues, including audience segmentation, testing, automation, and performance reporting.
- Monitor and analyze website performance, email marketing, paid media, SEO, CRM, and other digital marketing channels to identify opportunities for optimization and business growth.
- Develop recurring performance dashboards and actionable insights that empower marketing leadership to make informed, data-driven business decisions.
- Ensure campaign tracking, UTM parameters, conversion tracking, analytics implementation, and reporting standards are maintained across all digital initiatives.
- Maintain brand standards across all digital channels while delivering consistent guest experience across websites, landing pages, emails, and other owned digital touchpoints.
- Partner with venue marketing, creative, partnerships, operations, and leadership teams to support integrated marketing initiatives across all venues.
- Evaluate and recommend new digital tools, technologies, AI solutions, and processes that improve operational efficiency, guest experience, and marketing performance. Maintain documentation, workflows, and best practices for digital marketing operations while continually identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and automation.
- Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends, platform updates, and evolving technologies to ensure TC Restaurant Group remains innovative and competitive within the hospitality industry.
- Ensure project deliverables consistently meet internal expectations with respect to quality, timelines, budget, and overall marketing strategy.

EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably within hospitality, entertainment, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brands.
- Experience managing websites through content management systems such as WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS with the ability to perform routine website edits, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate effectively with web development partners.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and digital reporting platforms.
- Experience managing email marketing platforms, audience segmentation, campaign reporting, and marketing automation.
- Experience coordinating and managing relationships with external agency partners across website development, SEO, paid search, and paid social advertising.
- Strong understanding of website optimization, user experience (UX), digital analytics, SEO fundamentals, paid media, and conversion tracking.
- Experience developing reporting dashboards and translating marketing performance into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
- Experience with CRM platforms, AI productivity tools, marketing automation, and emerging digital technologies is preferred.
- Experience with TripleSeat and hospitality-related technology platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred but not required.
