Are you a dependable, motivated driver looking for consistent, high-paying work? TBR Courier is expanding and looking for professional owner-operators who take pride in providing outstanding service.

What We Offer

  • Home Every Night

  • Pick Up at Walmart and deliver to customers in the surrounding area

Vehicle Requirements

You MUST own one of the following:

  • Cargo Van
  • Sprinter Van
  • Ford Transit
  • Ram ProMaster
  • Similar full-size cargo vehicle

No cars, SUVs, pickup trucks, or minivans. Only cargo vans or sprinter-style vehicles will be considered.

Driver Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Valid vehicle insurance
  • Dependable, professional, and customer-focused
  • Strong work ethic and excellent attendance
  • Ability to safely lift and deliver packages
  • Must successfully complete the onboarding process

Pay

Flat-rate pay per route—whether your route has 10 stops or up to 70 stops, you earn the same flat rate. Efficient drivers who value consistency and predictable earnings will thrive in this position.

As Co-Owner of TBR Courier, Troskey’s extensive background spans recruiting, dispatch and operations management, routing, sales, compliance, peak hiring, warehousing, new driver training, vehicle branding and acquisition, commercial insurance, payroll, and technology integration. Over the years, he has recruited and trained thousands of drivers, developing strong relationships and a deep understanding of how to hire and retain top talent. His leadership ensures TBR Courier delivers consistent, high-quality service to its partners and clients.
Maurice “Moe” Walker — COO
Also born and raised in Minneapolis, MN, Maurice Walker brings over 9 years of experience in the logistics and transportation field. He has worked in a wide range of roles for one of the area’s largest carriers, gaining hands-on expertise in routing, dispatching, compliance, driver training, recruiting, operations, customer service, payroll, warehouse management, and fleet acquisition.
As Co-Owner of TBR Courier, Maurice oversees a dedicated fleet of experienced drivers who share his commitment to reliability, customer satisfaction, and professionalism. His operational knowledge and leadership have been instrumental in supporting the company’s continued growth and success.
Together, Troskey and Maurice form a dynamic leadership team with over 19 years of combined industry experience. Their strong professional relationships, consistent communication, and unwavering dedication to quality service have positioned TBR Courieras a trusted name in logistics—one built on excellence, integrity, and consistent performance.
Currently, TBR Courier operates a robust network of over 80 subcontractors on a daily basis, successfully completing between 2,000 and 5,000 local deliveries each day, seven days a week, 364 days per year throughout Minnesota.
