Job description

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for professionals experienced in creative operations, design production workflows, content operations, digital asset management, localization coordination, and structured creative workflow processes.

This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on structured creative workflow review, asset management analysis, production coordination, localization documentation, intake routing, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will apply their creative operations expertise to review realistic workflow scenarios, evaluate documentation requirements, prepare structured written outputs, and support accurate, evidence-based creative process tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Professionals in this role may contribute to:

Digital Asset Management & File Organization

  • Review creative workflow scenarios involving asset versioning, file naming conventions, metadata requirements, folder structures, and taxonomy-based tagging
  • Evaluate DAM tagging, file organization, and naming outputs against defined standards and source materials
  • Support structured review of file trees, asset libraries, version histories, and content organization workflows
  • Identify missing metadata, naming inconsistencies, taxonomy issues, and expected asset management outcomes

Creative Production & Workflow Coordination

  • Review production coordination scenarios involving creative intake, owner routing, handoff packets, task assignment, and workflow documentation
  • Evaluate creative briefs, routing flows, production trackers, and handoff materials against defined requirements
  • Support structured review of project coordination materials using tools such as Asana, Monday, Airtable, Figma, or similar systems
  • Prepare clear written explanations for creative workflow decisions based on source materials and verifiable criteria

Localization & Content Operations Support

  • Review localization workflow scenarios involving string lists, locale requirements, glossaries, vendor handoffs, and translation review materials
  • Evaluate localization specifications against defined glossary terms, required fields, and documented language requirements
  • Support structured review of content operations materials, localization packets, and production documentation
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and professional judgment across submitted work

Ideal Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in creative operations, design production, content operations, digital asset management, localization coordination, brand operations, or related creative workflow roles
  • Experience with one or more areas such as DAM administration, creative intake routing, asset versioning, file naming systems, production handoffs, Figma file management, content workflows, or localization coordination
  • Familiarity with tools such as Bynder, Frontify, Brandfolder, Asana, Monday, Airtable, Figma, Google Drive, Dropbox, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar creative operations systems
  • Comfort reading and preparing creative operations artifacts such as briefs, routing flows, file trees, localization specs, handoff packets, production trackers, and taxonomy documentation
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to explain creative workflow decisions clearly

Educational Background
