Tax Controversy Manager


Unity Search has been exclusively retained by a multinational company in its search for a Tax Manager to support federal income tax audits. This role requires large compliance or a tax planning background and does not require prior controversy experience. This role will entail:


  • Working on complicated IRS tax audits
  • Preparing and delivering responses and explanations to the IRS
  • Preparing and organizing information and responses to Information Document Requests and other tax controversy matters
  • Evaluating tax issues throughout the IRS audit process and performing tax planning
