Job Summary:
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an End User Computing - Desktop Administrator to provide comprehensive support for desktop and laptop issues. The role involves managing remote desktop activities, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions related to SCCM and Windows 10.
Responsibilities:
• Deskside Management, Touch Support, Local IT, Imaging, O365 Support, Investigate and troubleshoot software and desktop issues.
• Provided all desktop, laptop, printer, and proprietary software support and administrative functions to support desktop user issues.
• Remote support & troubleshooting of end user issues
• Windows OS, MacBook support
• Zscaler troubleshooting
• The Engineer is responsible for managing and support end-end Remote Desktop related activities.
• Should be able to understand business, technical requirements, and provide solution, design and implementation approach for SCCM, Intune and Windows 10
• Must have prior experience in Design and Implementation of SCCM hierarchy
• Must have prior experience of Design and Implement migration to SCCM from other tools
