Job description

Tasting Room Associate
A well-established Sonoma County winery is seeking two temporary Tasting Room Associates to assist in the tasting room during the busy summer season. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, engaging with guests, and working in a fun, fast-paced hospitality environment.
Schedule
  • Temporary position (approximately 2 months)
  • Thursday – Sunday
  • 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation
  • $20.30/hour + tips
Job Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist customers with tastings, purchases, and general inquiries
  • Educate guests on products and offerings in a friendly, engaging manner
  • Process sales transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room
  • Support overall tasting room operations to ensure a positive guest experience
Qualifications
  • Previous retail, hospitality, or tasting room experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
