Salary Range: **$175,000 to $225,000 per year

** Starting salary is based on minimum education and years of experience and increases based on education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

Contract & Program Management

  • Provide full program management oversight for all activities performed under the contract, including cost, schedule, personnel, quality, reporting, and risk management.
  • Manage contract execution across multiple Task Orders of various types (FFP, T&M, FFP Completion) and complexities.
  • Provide program management, personnel management, subcontractor oversight, security coordination, facility support, cost control, and quality assurance.
  • Plan, resource, and manage each Task Order to ensure personnel with required skills and clearances are available at the start of performance.
  • Provide visibility into cost, schedule, and technical performance at the contract, Task Order, program, and project levels.
  • Implement cost documentation and control measures, schedule refinement and adherence, resource management, and variance identification and correction.

Reporting, Deliverables & Customer Interface

  • Prepare and deliver all required contract and Task Order reports and deliverables in accordance with the SOW and CDRLs.
  • Establish and maintain processes to track Task Orders, milestones, deliverables, and Governmentrequired reporting.
  • Conduct monthly contract status reviews, addressing cost, schedule, technical progress, risks, and action items.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for all Task Orders, including closeout and final invoice submission within 90 days of Task completion.

Risk Management

  • Lead risk identification, analysis, mitigation planning, implementation, and performance tracking across all Tasks.
  • Establish management processes to identify, control, and eliminate potential cost and schedule deviations.
  • Track and report risk status, impacts, and outcomes to Government leadership.
Qualifications

Required Education & Years of Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Ten (10) years of experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
