To thrive as a Task Order Project Manager, you need expertise in project management, contract administration, and a strong understanding of the specific industry, often supported by a bachelor's degree and PMP or similar certifications. Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project, cost-tracking systems, and government contract management platforms is typically required.
