Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Task Project Manager to oversee specific projects and work scopes within the energy sector. This role ensures that assigned projects or tasks are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards. The Task Project Manager will coordinate resources, track progress, and ensure adherence to timelines while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Manage day-to-day execution of assigned projects and tasks, ensuring alignment with project scope, objectives, and regulatory requirements.

  • Scheduling & Tracking: Monitor project timelines, track deliverables, and proactively address risks to ensure projects remain on schedule.

  • Resource Coordination: Allocate personnel, materials, and equipment effectively to meet project goals.

  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry regulations, company standards, and safety procedures.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and corrective actions.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project plans, reports, and compliance documentation.
