Under the supervision of the Senior Benefits Analyst, the HR Coordinator will be responsible for administrative duties for human resources matters related to: tracking and updating employee records, support the hiring, promotion, transfer and termination process, interface with key internal and external stakeholders; and assist in a wide range of matters including interpretation and application of regulations, rules and other policies. Your role, also, involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company's talent pipeline and support of corporate initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
• Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
• Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
• Ensuring timely completion of HR related tasks

• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Assist with adhoc HR projects.
• Support other assigned functions
• Performs other duties as requested.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors' Degree with 1-2 years of relevant work experience
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills at business level proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese
• Meticulous attention to detail - ability to spot errors and work with complex & detailed, highly confidential information.
• Flexibility in a variety of situations to include, but not limited to, working hours and various time zones.
• High degree of professionalism with the ability to relate to all levels of management.
• Proactive, flexible and able to manage a number of conflicting priorities.
• Exposure to federal and state labor laws
• Strong team player who is self-motivated; proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team; ability to drive and track multiple tasks and projects; dependable, and punctual; must be detailed oriented with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Possesses a problem-solving attitude; excellent responsiveness; high level of resilience.
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
