Culligan is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee our business operations at the store branches. The General Manager will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability. As General Manager, your duties also include guiding staff in your branch, setting performance objectives, evaluating, and optimizing operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld, and preparing operations and financial reports.

Target Salary Range: $95,000 – $100,000 salary a year with the opportunity for eligible employees to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan.
